This four-day classroom course provides a comprehensive introduction to Safety Management Systems (SMS). Through a mix of lectures, industry-based case studies, group exercises and practical tasks, participants will learn the components of an effective SMS: safety policy and objectives, safety risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion.
